SpaceX Eutelsat 36D

Eutelsat 36D i believe soon in 36 east now is 66 east but still no testing reports ...

It is still in the LEOP phase, another 2 or 3 months are still needed to reach geostationary orbit. Testing should take place at 48,4°E. Currently only the telemetry signals with frequencies 11701,80 RHCP and 12501,00 LHCP are active (11704,00 and 12502,00 are not active).

This afternoon, carrier testing began...

The telemetry frequencies have been switched to linear polarity (11701.80 V and 11704.00 H). Previously in LEOP phase, they used the frequencies 11701.80 and 12501.00 in circular polarity.

any scan x band ?

Seen briefly this morning - very strong markers at 12.742 H & 11.609 H

They have been testing on six frequencies since last night... 10739 V, 10784 H, 10867 V, 11609 H, 11692 V and 12742 H. The signals are not always active and change emission power very frequently.

Anybody has satellite analog receiver about these signal tests of Eutelsat 36D (48.5° East) ?

Tests on Eut 36D this morning.
The sub-band is off now.

10783 V test carrier
10785 H test carrier
10868 V test carrier
12625 V test carrier-new
12742 H test carrier
10704 V beacon
The rest are found by @Marcus_21 :Y

From the check I made a few minutes ago, the satellite is moving west, it has almost reached 48°E.
It had been a few days since we had seen test carriers... the telemetry on the frequency 11701,80 H had been turned off, while the telemetry on the frequency 12501,00 V had switched to the circular polarity LHCP.
Then a few hours ago there was a test carrier on the frequency 12226 V, then the telemetry on the frequency 11701,80 in horizontal polarity was on again.

The telemetry signal on 12501,00 has returned to vertical linear polarity.

I think this satellite has delayed .... We are in September and its not in 36 east as yet!
Maybe all the new three satellites turksat eutelsat and astra will start together at the end of the year.

It's very normal for the recent satellites with only electric propulsion to need several months to reach GEO.
And as @Marcus_21 said, after a month of testing the satellite is probably on its way to 36°E as we speak, that could take a week or so.

Had a quick look - correct me if i'm wrong , i have a very strong marker at the 47.3°East area of 12.393GHz . Linear feed fitted here at the moment but it looks like a Circular pol signal but could be wrong.

Yes, I see that carrier too (circle in Crazyscan), on both pol. but strongest at about 46.5°E.
Edit: this must be a fast-moving satellite, it's already near 46.0°E, you see that too?

I checked, it already has over azerspace 1.
According to my somewhat rough calculations, it is moving about 0,6/0,7 degrees per day towards the west.
