Just out of curiosity this one.

There are various frequencies used by Abertis on Hispasat to feed the TDT digital terrestrial network in Spain (as well as the elusive TDT SAT receivers). I can lock most of the frequencies other than two of them.

They're normal DVB-S2 so even with no visible TV channels on them (well... Let's not go into that.) should be receivable.

Can anybody lock the following two?:

11653H SR: 19680 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 - This apparently carries the Canary Island feeds of TVE and Antena 3. Maybe on some sort of Canaries beam?

11677H SR: 19684 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 - This one carries TVE regional multiplexes for some regions where both La 1 and La 2 have regional opt-outs. (Galicia, Valencia, Balearic Islands).

The second one especially seems bizarre that I can't lock it. One thing I've thought is that the reported symbol rate isn't right, or some other parameter which maybe could be found with a blindscan!

The other option is that they're lots weaker than the other frequencies.
