My Satellite Setup
Spiderbox 9000 hd

Am new to all this online forum thing, basically I have the spiderbox 9000 hd which is having a few problems at the min
Loss of sound
And random rebooting

Has anyone got any info on what could be causing this or how to fix,I've changed hdmi leads, cleaned out box etc but problem still persists a few times a day

Have you got it positioned so that it's not inclined to overheat?
 
Also, does this happen on any particular Channels or type of Channel (eg HD)?
 
Are you using it with a Paid-for Card Share?
 
Is this a recent issue?


ie Has it ever worked properly?

Have you applied any and all Software Patches, in the right order? (Certainly, three or four years ago, the Spiderbox Firmware was flaky, but not sure whether newer versions are stable).

Ok: We cannot discuss issues associated with the defrauding of Subscription Platforms, other than to suggest you contact your provider.
 
Had it for a year n a half problem just started last month never uploaded a patch.....wouldn't no where or how to upload it
