stab motor doesnot move even if i use command go to 0 or east and west.
some people said that it needed a box with pure usals but i don t know if there is a way to solve the problem

You need a box with DiSEqC 1.2 then reset the motor in the menu & remove all limits.

Check your connections, it is possible that a loose/damaged connection can allow a signal but not move the motor.
Does the motor have any buttons, to move it manually?

There should be a tiny hole at the bottom of the motor you will need a thin rod to poke in it.

Mine must be a different model to yours then, there is a little pin hole on mine.

I am using one of these Motors and I never had any trouble with them. Have you configured your dreambox correctly, that is to say ''Configuration'' - 'Advanced' - DiSEqC 1.2,
'use USUAL for this Sat' - No - etc etc

I'm also using one of these motors with a DM8000 (and an 800 before that) and initially had trouble getting the E2 images to control the motor. I found that the fix for this was to set the motor "Power Threshold in mA" to 032. It has worked correctly ever since. My configuration for the tuner is also set to "Simple, Positioner, with the correct longitude and latitude settings. Hope this helps

Are there physical east/west buttons on the motor itself? Can you move the motor using them? If not -> motor is getting no power ie. it isn't properly connected to the receiver.
What happens if you take the motor inside and connect it directly to the receiver with a short cable? Can the receiver then move it?
Is the motor daisy-chained behind a Diseqc switch?

there are no buttons in the motor .the motor is called Stab motor.

What happens if you take the motor inside and connect it directly to the receiver with a short cable? Can the receiver then move it?
Is the motor daisy-chained behind a Diseqc switch?

Or can you check if Voltage is present at the end of the F Connector that goes into the 'Receiver' side of the Motor. At least you would know that
the cabling is ok.
