Wanted Standalone DiSEqC positioner (NOT Vbox)

I used to have a stand alone DiSEqC positioner with the remote but I have no idea where it went. I think it was just a 1.2 positioner and not USALs, which is fine for me.

Does anyone have one by any chance? (No, I don't want to build my own)
 
Which device are you talking about?
Do you want another positioner?
 
It's meant to drive DiSEqC motors without having a receiver connected. It's not a 36v thing - just to drive the DiSEqC motors.
 
Sorry for not understanding, this box drives a DiSEqC actuator with position/satellite numbers on it's front panel display, the remote is the interface owing to no front panel buttons ?

If yes then something like the Johansson DiSEqC controllers (external power required) or the Emitor analysers will do same (giving you a spectrum for peaking as well).
 
You may be referring to the Stab MS220, for driving the diseqc rotors.
 
So when you cannot find a replacement MS220, you could use an old receiver with diseqc 1.2 control, I guess?

What is the reason that you need a separate/stand alone positioner?

Secondary, Elevation/polarity or both ?
 
I have one of these old units, if it's what you're looking for, but obviously requires a 12v input. The old SatlookNIT had built in DiSEqC control, but got this for ease with my Promax Ranger to manually pan the dish. The labels wore off some years back, but have a new one somewhere It does East, West and return to Zero.

I use one of those as well to drive my 1.2m lnb changer DiSEqC motor , been in use many years with no problems so far, mine is the one with the extra options.
Pulsat.com have the standard one in stock

Theycame out slightly after I'd bought mine John, looks like I'm just up the road from you now I've moved.:)

You are still moving things with a motor though, or just looking at pulses ?

For just over £100 you can buy a second hand Emitor analyser on the auction site (not mine).

It'll do for me John, but technically it's a little higher up according to Yorkshiremen. :) I'm off junction 28.

I do have a Strong SRT Digibox , is that what You need ?
