star track and biss crypting

is there anybody who knows if star track receivers can decode biss crypting system. if yes please tell us the way.

hai, rock ... can i use the software of open box 100 receiver in WIB 1?
if yes ,from where i can get this software?

7800 for AXESS(14 Dec 05), this is the software for world in box 1 with biss .
