Home use Star Track Satellite based in Ukraine

This happened once before and we talk it to a shop and they reprogrames the settings and all was back as normal. I can pick upo a few channels on Sirus.. Which is useless to me as they are all pay2view

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

I do not think there is multiple LBN';s I am not sure I can not get on the roof to inspect,

I think maybe the problem is with the quakity of the singnal of the Key's registered in the database.

I am at a loss
