Superjack 18" Clamp Bracket

Anyone know where I can buy the saddle bracket for an 18" Superjack actuator

Like seen here right at the bottom.

No shares. I'm a CWU member (Telecomms section, Retd.), and voted against the privatisation, However, they've excelled themselves with this one.
