I don't quite agree with this blokes wembley comparison - but it doesnt sound great at this early stage does it?

Its only Caldbeck that is delayed - a new transmitter and mast is required which is going to take longer to complete than expected.. The northern half of the Border region (Selkirk and its relays) can go ahead as planned.
