so they ll get French (or German)FM over the empty channels of their FM,and Swiss radio on DAB... Convenient!

hopefully,new car radios here are DAB+ and FM. But we lost MW & LW.
So,6 stations on DAB+ and 35 on FM,what an improvement!!. Only 1(FIP) is DAB-only in the provinces(on FM only in bigger cities)
LW gave us French radio and BBC4 all over Europe at night,convenient when traveling.
MW had Capital Gold,nice pop music for night drives. Too bad & no replacement.

Out of interest, will the FM aerials installed throughout Switzerland (old and new) be able to capture this better technology ?

An FM aerial (100 MHz Hor.) receiving DAB+ (200 MHz Vert.)?
That's pretty bad of course, though anything installed outside might work out better than a whip indoors.
