Is this a good system to have , 1 m orbital dish , a digipower disequc h-h motor, technomate 1500 super

just to add , what r the limitations of this dish, ie sats it cant pick up
 
That will give you most of the satellites available to European viewers apart from some of the very weak ones.

You wont get much if anything off 7W, and you may have problems with the 5W Nordic beams.
 
I would choose a 1m Gibertini over a 1m Orbital, the Orbital is a lot cheaper though, but does not perform as well.
 
ok thx, just a quick question i was given cable but not enough, whats the 25 meter lenth from maplins like any good or rubbish
 
Unless its the FT100 that they sell at about a quid a metre it will be the crap stuff.

You can buy any length of wf100 from ebay, much cheaper.

B&Q also sell 25m of pf100 (£20 for 25m) that will be good quality too. Also cheaper than Maplin's overpriced stuff.

Screwfix sell a 100m reel of pf100 for about £30
