Some sort of entertainment channel. According to KoS this one launched mid December on 11654H, but it must have been a weak transmission as no-one here logged it. 11172H is nice and strong and an easy catch on the battered old 80cm dish I use for 53E.

FTA and presumably the audio is one of the Afghan languages (Pashto or Dari maybe? - KoS has it down as Farsi)

Its definitely on AM22 - Ive just seen a info card displayed. Now even though the writing was in Arabic the frequency info and "AM22" was in English :)
