Technomate TM-5400 new update

I have been on the Technomate website looking for a pdf manual for my TM-5400 super and noticed a download for 'receiver update software' ver 116 31st August 2010 and was wondering what it does, and should I install it?

Also, the only pdf manual I could find was for an older model and the remote is slightly different, is there a pdf TM-5400 super manual?

All models have an update available that rectifies issues over Tring Card updates, apparently.
