Just a thought, did you press the ok button, after you had entered the first freq, then ok, then the second freq, then ok.

But it's just a thought.

no, but i think i changed it to " no radio stations" after altering the TP RANGE..I notice it defaults to the full range of TP if you do that.. daft thing :)
cheers rob..
ps,, i have many questions as i noticed its OTHER capabilities  where do i as those questions regarding BISS etc ?
i swear i did not know it could do that ! i bought it purely to look for feeds,
naïve i know . but true .

You'll only get advice and info in very general terms about stuff like using BISS Keys, Cccam etc on this Forum. It's been our Policy for some years to not permit discussion which could be seen as encouraging non-mainstream reception ..... ;)

i see Lazarus, hence me not knowing about it, al pretty vague and rather hush hush,,..
is there a "channel list" i can download for the TM-5502 ? or does it not work like that ?
also, is it USB or manual ?
ta :)

thanks , il have a play with that :)

Its not a case of being vague or hush hush, its just a case of safeguarding the long term future of the forum. Quite a few forums have been closed down by the authorities over the years due to permitting discussions of watching pay-tv for free in various ways.. The pay tv companies can afford very very expensive lawyers!

However general help is permitted and if you load the latest unofficial patch for the receiver you will find quite a few channels open up. Dont expect Sky - those are secure, but a reasonable amount of stuff around the orbital arc has been prised open over the years. They do come and go of course

hmm put that list in, I can see its added them ok but none seem to be "viewable" also there doesn't seem to be any more keys than there was..
sorry for being so clueless o_O
cheers rob

Reboot?

I don't have that particular box, but the ones I do have also fail to show Channels from an imported C
list until I reboot it.

You wont open anything unless you put the latest phantom patch on it.

it reboot itself, but il try again
cheers rob

Have a look in the menu- TM online section. Phantoms are available for download direct for the 5402 and therefore may be available for the 5502

And also easily available via a simple Interwebthingy search.

17 May 16 seems to be the latest.

I am doing a search.. but not having much luck, is it specific to the receiver (5502) ?
thanks rob

Yes. 5502/5302.

Very first hit on a Google UK Search using the term "phantom patch"

found
23-May-2015 is that too old ?
thanks rob

Yes. Later one dated as posted will resolve some issues.

Check your Forum Conversations.

installed phantom and chan list but still not viewable.. there don't seem to be any more or less keys than there was, also update key fails, I have connected my receiver the internet.
any thoughts guys ?
thanks rob
ps some $ are green now, so is it working ?
