I have Disecq 1.2 and right now i receive Hotbird channels, i am getting about 1000+ for Astra2/eurobird but no BBC channels? (BBC 1, BBC 2, CBBC, etc). For 10788 i get Taqualla channels or something like that and i was told im not on 28.2e but that is the only place i get signal for Astra2.It has been been working before and it has been a year that i haven't bothered to do anything but now i need them channels.

And away from that, which other networks can i get expect for Hotbird?

and can i edit the keys in CAS System to unlock some channels for example Multivisions? Multivision was fine for about a month last month but now sometimes i keep getting 10 seconds of it and it keeps going off

The Keys for multivision are changed every few minutes or something, so you need to have an auto update facility. I'm not familiar with your receiver, so don't know if there is one available or not.

The reason it was working for a little while is that old keys were being used for a short period.


How is you dish fixed, is it motorised , or do you have more than one LNB?

Because otherwise, there is no way you can receive from more than one satellite, unless you have more than one dish.

Yes it is motorised.
 
To get the BBC channels, you will have to send the dish to 28.2e and do a scan of the appropriate transponder. It is not possible to get Taquilla channels when pointed to 28.2E, they are on 19.2E.

What other channels do you get on 28.2E?
 
Well the point i am on now gets
Bibel TV
TVP
RTL
24 Horas
Eurosport
Luxe TV
Tele 5

and much more

Nearly all good channels are locked for example Extreme Sports

And when i go more east, theres no more signals. Can it be because the dish may have come lower or higher?

Whoever said you were not pointing at 28E was correct, Those channels are on 19.2E I believe. When the satellites positions were stored, it was done wrongly. To fix the problem you should find the position for 28.2E and rescan. Also go to 19.2E and see what you are getting.

Yup Your right i am on 19.2E because whenever i change to Astra 1 and 2A they both have good signals.

But how come i get no signals elsewhere?
 
I'm off now. But I suggest you have a good read at one of the Motor setup guides, there are stickies in another section.Rolfs one is good. It will help you understand a lot more.:)
