As much as we would all like to be able to, on this forum (with the exception of one or two people) non of us can perform miracles.... diagnostic or otherwise. It would help to have details of how old the receiver is what firmware it has whether this is official or unofficial firmware what satellite you are receiving how does the freeze manifest itself. More information is required.

You could try the Technomate web site, the download should be there, just Google Technomate.

Try putting it back to factory setting, then do a DM patch or card it, Mine goes well even on a minimal signal. You may have somehow got a bit of corruption in memory.
