Absolutely fascinating this one - why has a Niger channel appeared on Turksat?!
Transmitting fta. Now I would have expected the football commentary (Basel - Chelsea) to be in French for Niger but its actually in Arabic overlaying a French commentator!

The right audio channel carries Niger's radio "Voix du Sahel", maybe that was the overlay that you heard?
