Telstar 15W NBC channels

NBC primetime at 1am tonight??? I´ll go get my video set! Also, about the NTSC or whatever its called, if i switch my FTA box to NTSC and plug my video into my digibox, it should record NBC shouldn´t it?

There nice and strong. However no way to watch them as far as I am aware.
 
NBC was broadcasting on DAD 5 for about an hour or so at about 4pm-6pm but went off at six for a news feed. I got to watch a crap program called days of our lives. I was hoping it would stay so i could catch the drama series Surface finale. Its just started on ITV2.

It did air it, it always airs prime time 1am whatever is fed during the day.
 
Usually, the feed does show NBC after 1am - during the day, anything can be fed on the frequency - often news feeds
 
Cool. So pretty much every night from 1am we get NBC! Cool.
 
Dad 5 went encrypted on friday, i havent had a look over the weekend, but it seems we may have lost DAD 5 again :´(
 
11693 1591 H 7/8 is a new NBC feed that has lit up, i havent had a look at it yet, but I will when I get home.

11671 1591 H 7/8 is another one, also NBC. They are possibly for coverage of the winter olympics.:)
 
Mostly NBC feeds for reports from Italy nothing really for the olympics.
 
Nope, use thier website, www.NBC.com and go from there. DAD 5 isnt back yet, but should be soon, it went encrypted a few weeks ago but came back. I live in hope!
 
New feed has poped up FTA of telstar 12 for NBC. Image unlimited, or sistreme is under the symbol rate of 1591 i think, not sure. I dont have the frequencys with me.

MSNBC is back on DAD-2 dont see any other active feeds.

Tim Vincent of Blue Peter fame is during a report for them, when did he become a serious news guy haha.
 
11693 H 1591 is the feed for Sestriere, last night it showed the nightly news. It has the same problem as DAD2, its hard to lock onto signal, i find if you have your box set to NTSC it comes on a lot faster.
 
The satellite man will be coming soon to install my dish.

Can I ask - What is the quality of the NBC and MSNBC feed? - I understand they are in NTSC, so when the feeds are displayed on your TV are they displayed like they would on a American NTSC TV?

- ie, sharp picture etc

or are the colours all blurred such as FOX News Channel is (It is converted from NTSC to PAL) and looks bad.
 
MSNBC is horride absolute horride due the low bit-rate DAD-2 is on.

DAD-5 or the other "DAD's" when they reappear dont have such a low bit-rate and display as normal NTSC.
 
Can anyone get DAD 2 recently, seems it may have gone off 3 days ago...
