I'm looking for a good terrestrial RF modulator with HDMI input and good picture and sound quality.
Obviously it seems not so difficult to find one, but I need that the modulator handles new HDCP 2.2 protection, so it can be used with SKYq decoders or any other 4K enabled device. I do not need to create 4K mux in the UHF band, I only need that every 2.2 HDCP devices that I connect into the HDMI in socket are not pulled out resulting in a black screen.
Could you please suggest a good product? Thanks.

I believe the Technomate TM-RF HD IR 4K is HDCP 2.2 compatible.

Ohh, did not know this product. Found it in Technomate web page.
Do you know a good dealer where I can purchase it? Maybe SSS?
I'm in Italy but I have no problem to buy in the UK. Thank you so much for your suggestion.

No, SSS sells Triax HD modulator, this is not the same I'm afraid.
Any other dealer please?

You may be able to order directly from Technomate. I've seen them cheaper on eBay UK (£150) but you may find they won't ship to Europe :(

I try to contact Technomate, I prefer from them than eBay.
Also Besos too. Good idea.

No chance to contact Technomate.
As I attempt to submit the form I get an error message: "No form submission", and I can only going back to the previous page.
Tried with 3 different browsers.
Anyone has a direct email address please? Thanks.

Thank you. Email sent.

No reply for now. Anyone knows a good dealer that could have this device in stock? Thanks.

Cheaper than UK prices and no customs shenanigans!

I've got one of those Technomate HDMI Modulators, great little things and does the job of sending the video from my sat receiver to all the TV's around the house. I've found they don't work well with streaming devices like Roku sticks and the Nvidia shield, by that I mean the picture is fine but the frame rate is erratic.

I need only for satellite receivers, and it's very important that it handles HDCP 2.2 as I said.
Hhmmm.... not sure about ebay.... it is not clear which courier is used. What it means "international shipping"??? I do not like it.
Looking for a dealer. Thanks.

Ah sorry I assumed it was an Italian seller :-doh

If it is the eBay international shipping programme, that is when the seller sends the item to an eBay warehouse and they forward the item to the seller. It is pretty reliable, I have sold through it a few times.

I use the Triax unit in preference to the Technomate, works fine with Sky Q and pretty much anything I've used one for, plus has an HDMI loopthrough for the main TV,(but not for 4K). All TVs must be H264 compatible.

Do you mean the unit sold by SSS? If so, I ask you to explain better.
I don't need HDMI loopthrough, but what happens in case of a 4K input signal? Is it downscaled by the modulator itself? Good news if it works with SKYq.
Also, is there a good choice in parameters settings? Thanks.
