Tesco - HomeView TV

Could be a right cynical b@st@rd here but my bet is Vestel of Turkey assembly with a AU optronics make screen or possibly LG screen as they supply OEM makes as do Samsung in fact (Who started life making no name brands for bigger players etc).

My local co-op also sells Digihome TV's, they have a 55 inch 4K tele for £500 at the moment for example.

If it's a Vestel screen then it could be worth the outlay.

I was at TV connect last week and their 55" curved screen version looked far better than the 65" they had at the front of the stand.
 
I was in Tesco's at Christmas , lots of people were buying as they were on offer , next day went to get something and most of them were at the returns counter with their telly's .

Mate spASDA TV's are like that, their own make "Polaroid", awful for return rates. I have a cheap TV, a 50 inch Blaupunkt once I'd got peace to sit a calibrate it I have got to say I'm really pleased with it.
