Can you reduce it to the 20K for Satdudez ?

Im known under another name on that site, but dont have any software able to play with animated gifs
 
This is the 20k size, but it loses something in the translation. :)

Working with Flash, and bribing the wife to help me, gives me these two at 50k and 20k max

Seems the Gif works site adds something to the images (especially moving ones), and so sacrificing quality to keep the space is the only option
 
The 20k version looks ok to me CH. I see you turned the bear round from the original. Mirror image?
 
Just a transformation, though I did remove about ten frames and reduce the colours of the original to bring the whole thing into the magic 20k size

It was something I spotted on B3ta a while ago and was wondering when it might come in useful, hopefully the adjustments mean Im off the plagurising list.

Any idea how to get the URL of the smaller image ? i would like to add it to my profile at Satdudez, but they dont allow direct from PC avatars
