Awful, awful business plans and ideas.

Out of the bad bunch, Tom was the 'best' but Helen the worst! The way Helen backtracked from her original business plan, and thought up a new BP was embarrassing. She deserved to lose. :D

I think Lord Sugar has invested in Tom's inventive brain rather than his bad back chair.:D
 
Surely their BP must have been assessed at the application stage. I think that is the reason Tom survived all those weeks. With Helens bad business plan she was probably put in the process as "padding" i.e. just to make up the numbers, but once in the process she excelled.

Shame she didn´t have a good BP, she would have got the investment with that. I have no problem with her trying a quick change of BP, it shows she realised that AS wasn´t going to go for the original and she was determined to get the investment and partnership. She had a brilliant retort to tom when he tried to subtly criticise her for not having started her own company.

I think Tom is going to take up a lot of AS and/or his teams time, as his former employer said, a starter not a finisher. This proven with him not continuing with a relatively successful product!

Hopefully Helen wil get promoted where she is or Head hunted and hopefully she will get a bit of work/life balance.
