If so I had no idea about Denmark. Most of the strawberries I see are either grown in the UK or Spain.
 
Yes......I only know about it through a friend who picked strawberries there and swore he'd never do it again.

As to #1....it's the title of an LP, which, I think it's fair to say, changed the face of pop music.

I would have said Scotland however WIKI disagrees and says Spain then Germany then Poland or at least that is what it says on the world listing, no sign of Denmark though

The best strawberry is usually recognised as 'Cambridge Favourite'. In my youth, I would spend many happy hours picking them at Chivers Farms outside Cambridge, the fruit suitable for jam-making going to the nearby jam factory. From which the aroma of the cooking strawberries stays with me to this day.
 
Hmm...perhaps it was just a bad clue LOL....the strawberry picking is true though. Anyway if nobody guesses #1 today, I'll give you a more obvious clue, though 'appeal' is in part very helpful..

The difficulty is mostly perfectly fine, we got 8 out of 9 after all :p. Another one would be excellent, I had a go making a few up myself but the questions might be a bit too hip hoppy for most people's tastes here :ph34r::lol:

Of course...that's so obvious.....and not Carole King....the album was instrumental. If that doesn't get it, I'll give you a better clue...or even the answer..

Well done all....as to the 'clue', in my defence I was thinking 'not square, therefore round or tubular?...OK, it may be a bit of a stretch...

What's the verdict? Boring, too hard, more of the same or forget the format? I can probably come up with 20 questions per week, though perhaps not quite as obtuse...

And when everyone's fed-up with cryptic clues about music I've found another painting with hidden clues to 50 films.
