Hi everybody,
I still scratching my head ! Having got an Echostar AD3600IP with viaccess, I have made a decision to buy a new Infinity USB Pheonix programmer but which cam and card combination should I go for ? What would you go for if starting from scratch ?

Depends on the dish size and your location

Cheapest start would be with a goldcard (pic and eprom) as you already have the inbuilt Viaccess.

Then when you get bored of Swiss/Slovenia/Scandinavian/French, you can always spend some money with the sponsors for a Magic Module/funcard or season interface

I've got a 1 metre motorised dish located in the midlands picking up sats from 30w to 42 e at the moment.
I'm on internet broadband with a infinity USB pheonix programmer on order so it's just the case of which Cam and card combination to go for ?

thanks for any advice
