Inside my bedroom hehe, We have Sky so this is a temp setup from me to see whats on astra 1 on hotbird ;)

Im using a spare minidish we have and a dedicated FTA box plus an external signal meter to help locate the satellites, the external meter starts picking up the signal when its too low for the box to :).

:-Welcome1

Very comfy mount for the dish

The Lidl meter will help but remember to remove it to gain some extra signal ;)

You should try and see how many other Satellite you can get from the mini dish - load of members here would love that information...

Oh ok thx,

Tomorrow Ill do that, Ill run a scan through the air se ehwta I can find - I didnt know that affected signal so I should get hotbird now, befor eI had the signal meter beeping won what I thought was it so when it does that ill remove it c if box sees it then

I heard cheap signal meters just ran on analogue and are not that useful but this £4 one is very useful findin satellites and especially when balanced on a chair lol, it even beeps when its on astra2 so wether its not analogue or its seein analogue from eurobird (if that has analogue) :p

Used mine to set up the motorised dish - these meters will work for both analogue and digital signals.

Any help or information will be sure to help someone.

I for one cannot get enough satellite information - even if I cannot remember most of it.
