Tivusat missing channels

Hi I've installed my tivusat box and the card has been activated we receive many channels including rai premium and other rai channels but we don't receive the main ones like rai 1 2 3 4 5 any ideas

 

[Analoguesat]

Rai 1 2 & 3 HD are fta on 11766V 29900 3/4 with the encrypted Rai 4.
Rai 5 is on 11013H 29900 3/4
