I have recently updated a Technomate TM5402 HD CI+ Super+ with Phantompatch-TM5402HDCI_ALL_111p_27-05-2011.
Everything now works brilliantly, including 7 Day EPG, Online Services and YouTube.

However being new to this I am unsure how to access the server info to set up CCCam etc.

I have seen on various posts to press the IP button on the remote and enter pin 0000 or from normal viewing TV screen enter 8281 to access server list. However nothing happens.

Any advice on how to get this working and how to set up CCCam, NewCamd etc would be appreciated.

Have you downloaded the ADD ON patch? Don't have one of these receivers, only what I have read.
Suggest you google How to patch and use cccam on the new technomate hd receivers.
The very first entry gives you screenshots and a step by step guide on how to do it.
