Hi simple question, does the TM-5402 work with a standard Wireless USB dongle connecting to network that's using WPA/WPA2 encryption?

I tried with 3 dongle and wifi usb didnt work for me you can bridge from your computer or laptop

Not having a 5402 here, but there has been a non official patch for media streaming in the past few days

Additionally one of the forum sponsors has a fix for some receivers which might fail wrt voltage issues.

so can i play xvid from my pc to tm-5402hd as long as its contented to my network???

That's an ethernet bridge, not USB. It uses the USB socket to supply the power, but the data is sent via the ethernet socket (if the receiver has one).
