Topfield TF 3000 FI help needed asap please

My Satellite Setup
my computer set-up is thati have a hp and the satellite is wireless
My Location
Los Angeles
I have a Topfield TF 3000 FI.. I accidently pressed a button and now can not see anything on my tv. Nor, can I see the menu. I am in desperate need of help. Does anyone know hot to reset the box?
 
Try turn of/on power supply cable.
