Topfield TF5000PVR Masterpiece

Topfiled has released a new high-end receiver this week called TF5000PVR Masterpiece.

I saw the ad in the newest issue of Tele Satellite Magazine and the design reminds me back to the good old days of the Chaparral Monterey with a nice display and high quality.

The unit looks really nice and high quality.....

Maybe some manufacturers now realize not everyone want budget crap anymore and people are fed up with this all budget minded products.

The price will be around 900 euro for the receiver.

I haven't received any more technical details, but it looks really great and will replace the current TF5000PVR on the market.

Still got my Monterey sitting in the equipment rack,if this even came close to the quality it would be nice.

You have the SCT modded Montery with D/D2-Mac decoder and six-slot card reader underneath and all?

No sorry, it's a 40. Used to run it with the videocrypt decoder.

Odd, Im sure Ive seen and used a Topfield 5500 Twin tuner PVR, that was the successor to the 5000
