Hey guys,
I have been reading in this forum for quite some time and decided it would be nice to post some pictures of my satellite dish. It has been on the roof of my garage since 2008.

In the first photo I attached you can find all the satellites I currently receive indicated. :)

That's a really pretty setup. It's not often you can say that - and I include my own lash-ups there!

Thank you all for your compliments! :D
I'm actually taking an additional motorised dish into consideration to receive the satellites I'm still missing.
But this might not be feasible because of my neigbour's roof top.

If I'm not mistaken and make sense out of the data on Google Earth my longitude should be 7° 27' East . I'm located in the West of Germany. This is why I can receive all channels from Astra 2D without any problems. :)

I'm curious about how you set this up. Why haven't you distributed the LNBs evenly along the bar? Were you going to add some more to the west end? Which LNB is closest to zero on the bar? I'm guessing 10ºE by the look of it. Also the photos make it seem like the dish is not skewed. Is that right?

Very nice setup --- as everyone else has noted!

How do you combine the two 4x1 Diseqc Switches or is there a third switch?

I am on my way to re-install my toroid after a roof work. It will also have 8 l´nb´s and 2 of them will be quattro
My friend Goran has an ever nicer dish - he has 18 lnb´s most of them are quattro. Looks very impressive I must say.

Yes, that's right. At the very beginning I wanted to add Amos on 4°W and perhaps Nilesat on 7°W. But so far I have been pretty content with what I'm receiving. So I'll wait for the motorised dish. Especially because signals from Nilesat are very weak at my location.

And it's also correct that the dish isn't skewed. :)
