If you have a valid subscription card, then you should phone them and get it sorted out.
If you don't, then they have changed stuff to screw you up. It worked. If it's Via2.x then you will no longer have valid keys. Maybe it's not Via 2.x. Maybe it's a modded version of TPSCrypt. Maybe, as I've read somewhere else, it's Thalescrypt.
