transponder number for Crete

[h=6]can you tell me what the correct transponder number is for Crete, chania area. we recently had a 7 hour power cut and i have lost all channels.
also i believe you can change the default by using services then pressing 401 (i know 0 is hidden but nothing happens after pressing the 0) this does seem to work on mine. its a sky+ box [/h]
 
After 4 0 1, you must then press "Select" .................

Do you mean the number of receivable transponders in Chania? I count 35 here with a 1.10 meter dish...
 
thanks. i didnt know about pressing the select key after 401.
i think the transponder should be 12207 or 11973 but i still cant get it working.
 
someone once told me that the card can go to sleep and so to leave the box on and this could take 5 days. any ideas on this?
 
Oh ok, I think I understand now what you seek. Unfortunately I have no idea which is the correct transponder since I don't own a Sky box...

It's true that the amount of time needed to reactivate a card varies. It can be a few hours, usually it's overnight but I have heard of it taking about a week.
