Hello,
I have a db7020 with official image and it's directly connected to the LNB(no disecq). When I scan the transponders, it shows that the signal is strong (and locks it)but when it looks for services(tv,radio..) it doesnt find anything. I tried many frequencies, same thing. No services.
I checked my settings, everything looked fine.
When I connect my old humax receiver, I have no problems. It works perfectly.
You think the tuner is defective?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm going through the same upgrade. I'm attempting to get the 7020 to drive a Manhattan (stab) 100H-H motor. This was working fine with the Humax 5400. Progress is very slow with the dreambox. I managed to get it to move from Hotbird to Astra 2. I took my channels from pet123. On Astra2 I can pick up some channels like regional BBC1 but others that happen to be on another transponder will not clear (BBC4).
Also when successfully moving the dish the message was "service could not be found" rather than "moving to 28 degrees". I have the network connection running to the router. So far I'm not impressed but it will all come good in the end.
