What satellite are you trying to get TV Chile from?

As hes in Europe then its only on Sirius 4. Scrambled in NDS Videoguard as part of the Viasat package so the only way to get it is either with a legitimate subs card or with a card share.

Thru Cband and with the right sub-card (Irdeto) you can receive it from Intelsat 9
