A bit of a cheat really, as it's been there for a few weeks, but I was unable to catch it because of dish restrictions at the time.

It was on 4.8E some while back for a month or two.

The high SR will defeat some receivers, but I can resolve it on the DR HD F15 and TBS6925 PC card.
 
Fine on my TM5200 and TBS card too. I think issues start to creep in with high DVB-S2 SRs. This is, I believe, the strongest transponder on that satellite anyway.
 
In my case stronger transponder of 53*E is 11660H 21700 3/4 (ARZU TV AFGHANISTAN) with 76%, on TV-3 is only 62%. There is home page of TV-3 _http://tv3russia.ru/teleprogram.html

Aah, fair enough :) I should maybe have said it is one of the strongest transponders on 53E for me! As the previous poster said, Arzu TV on 11660H is stronger for me too, but 11044V is a lot weaker than 12638V - only 51% quality vs 66% on 12638V and 84% on 11660H. Guess there are differences from area to area, as well as country to country.
