TVBS question

My Satellite Setup
60cm dish
clarktech 2000
My Location
bathgate west lothian
will my clarktech 2000 be able to receive the tvbs channels on eurobird 9
 
i have aligned my dish to eurobird 9 and scanned on the correct freq and can only get the cctv 4 channel and others but the channels i need are the tvbs channels can you help me :confused:
 
Do you have a subscription card for tvbs?????

They share same tp as CCTV4 europe which is fta.

just got and put it in do i have to rescan on the freq or will it just come on
 
Scan 11.823h, 27.5, 3/4 on 9e.
 
A phone call to TVBS is required to send a card activation signal.
 
will i just rescan 11.823 again, will that solve my problem or do you think i need a new box
 
scanned it again and it was a fast scan it has picked up some channels but still no tvbs
 
Merged threads as there seems to be two running.

What channels are you receiving on 11.823h, list them all?
 
Sounds like you are only scanning the fta channels, so make sure you are scanning all channels on that frequency
 
how do i scan for all channels i thought i was scanning them all
 
ok, not familiar with the Clarke-Tech at all but your most probably set to FTA mode only as said. Select ALL channels mode and re-scan the transponder.
