has anyone placed an order with tvcorner over the last few weeks or so. Placed one 3 days ago and it's successfully charged my card but the order is just sat as "pending"

Just for clarification, are you referring to the French company who sells satellite tv components?
 
Used them many times, recently had and issue with a card provided by them and it was sorted with ease.
Just email them, there is no issue with language.
