Thanks for that information. We now have yet another French language station to keep us francophiles happy. As well as local input they will no doubt have imported material in "proper" (No offence intended) French.

last weekends Premier League 3PM match Newcastle United v Fulham was on this channel,
it had french commentary and not the best picture quality,
it reminds me of those other african channels RTS1, ORTM etc...
ohh yea, The Bourne Identity on yesterday afternoon in french audio too lol

last weekends Premier League 3PM match Newcastle United v Fulham was on this channel,
it had french commentary and not the best picture quality,
it reminds me of those other african channels RTS1, ORTM etc...

No they're not, you're receiving 9E slot at 10E. Notice the similar frequencies.

Hello , Africa lovers!
a strange situation on 9°East,where Togo tv
is on 2 frequencies,neither of which work properly!
On 11747H27500
the picture freezes after 2 seconds watching,sound is fine,
this syndrome has been there for over a year...i expected a technical glitch, but it s never been fixed...and the progs look interesting
on 12074(new frequency),only sound and no picture...
and this is the ony tv channel i get behaving like this!
Anyone knows why/what to do about it?
My Satellite Setup:
-80 cms dish with Monoblock astra-hotbird for 13° and 19°,which I can move to receive 7°E, 5°W etc...
-130cm dish from "2galli"a French supplier,with an inverto black lnb,to receive astra 2 on 28°.
and a Triax-Hirschmann FTA receiver on which both dishes are connected.

I have here exactly the same behaviour.
On 12074 V, TVT has SID 21 pointing to VPID 1211 (that has normal data rate) and PCR 1211, but this PCR is not actually there (according 4T2 analyser).
On 11747 H, the PCR is there but doen't seem to work anyway...
So the PCR is to blame. I know audio streams don't really need it.
No solution, sorry...

On new frequency (12074H), yes, I could get no picture from TVT while sound is OK. But for 11747H I never experienced a problem so far. Both video and audio are O.K.
Maybe, your problem with 11747H is software related.
