I wish to run a Sky Digibox and a Comag SL55(Lidl) FTA box on a single TV.Can I buy a switch to swap the Scarts from each box?

If the TV only has one scart, then you can always loop the Comag scart through the Digibox.

Another solution is to use two TV modulators. Each one will produce a TV signal (using different frequency for each). finally, combine the signal of the two modualtors and the antenna in one cable.
