Pretty sure they are using an IPTV feed to send it out. I receive TVT at 16.2 dB and your correct, the picture is awful.
Zimbo, 15.3 dB super picture, and the Saints just won!

TV Zimbo was missing here (east coast of Ireland) 3pm last Saturday and 3pm today. There was a time in the past when it was one of the strongest signals on the arc for me, 18 dB, but more recently it has been very weak. But just now it is a massive 15 db signal again. As it should be, if the footprint is correct.

Today whilst watching the southampton match on tv zimbo, on one dish no picture signal blocked by tree with no leaves(occasonally get a picture) on dish with clear sight, 2nd half picture started to pixallate had to swap to tm5302 ( sensitive tuner) to finish off the match. signal often varies here on the south coast
