Not expecting much I had a look at this .To my surprise I got it.
The video is a bit jerky.Like slow motion video. No sound.

Well, IBC starts next friday, so the appearance of such streams is to be expected.
Should be full video and audio on HEVC, else it doesnt make sense for the exhibitors.

Some music audio is there for me using DVB Viewer - but no video. In DVB Dream, I get video without audio, using same codecs.

Are you sure about the filters?

I get a black screen with cyberlink.I have got good sound now.
The video is slow motion.jerky Like timelapse video
I use DVBdream.

19.2 E-On both tuners A & B(10996 H and 11405 V)we have high quality images but no sound regardless of audio codec choice,but only with TSAnalyzer,as illustrated by @BlindFaith above.

It may be your computer can't keep up with the high resolution images either because it's lacking in power or the codec is inefficient.

As I said I am no expert on codecs.In fact I am an expert at nothing.
The combination that I have seems to work for me.
The sound is good though the music is getting a bit montonous.
Video is good but stutters every few seconds.If I have. ' reset direct show onbuffer overflow, ticked' .
the screen goes black when the red line peaks on the hevc slot.Then starts agian. If reset buffer is ticked.the video breaks up after a bit.
Goes negative.Buffer overflow I expect.

Edit.A bit of overlap there.Just seen your reply timo-w2s.I expect that you are right.
I did not expect much anyway.My computer uses an intel i5.

I have audio on both channels at 10994H

There's another UHD service at 11024H. That one is without audio and doesn't play well.

In August I got to play with these channels and UHD as I have no TV or satellite tuner that supports these transmissions, use the PC for.
If a partner has a powerful 1Ghz PC and network (1000Mhz) and time.
You can look Videolang ver.-2.1.5 already support this video format (H.265 / MPEG-H HEVC) and commented to stream channel with HD-MPC (Media Player Classic HD) can also play the files.
Since I have powerful PC to play, I can only generate a few minutes recording and playback / view these files .

The first is to tune these channels with Enigma2 tuner, as support them, we have to use DreamboxEdi, locate the channels that will be as "data" and are converted to the type TV, now you can leave the channel on screen, will not see anything we will have the default screen or black radio.

As it is not my case, I make a 1 minute recording channel and then downloaded this file to the PC in order to play.

En agosto me dio por jugar con estos canales en UHD y como no tengo sintonizador de satélite o TV que soporte estas transmisiones, utilice el PC.
Si algún compañero tiene un PC potente y red de 1Ghz (1000Mhz) y tiempo.
Puede mirar con Videolang ver.-2.1.5 que ya soporta este formato de video (H.265/MPEG-H HEVC) y realizar streaming del canal comentado, con MPC-HD (Media Player Classic HD) tambien podemos reproducir los ficheros.
Como no tengo PC potente para jugar, solo puedo generar unos minutos de grabacion y reproducir/ ver estos ficheros.

Lo primero es sintonizar estos canales con un sintonizador con Enigma2, como no los soporta, tendremos que usar DreamboxEdit, localizamos los canales que estarán como “Datos” y los convertimos al tipo TV, ahora ya podremos dejar este canal en pantalla, no veremos nada, tendremos la pantalla por defecto de radio o en negro.

For those who don't have Ultra HD, I've recorded this on my VU+ Ultimo, uploaded it to my PC and converted it to standard HD 1920x1080. Even on standard HD TV it looks stunning.
