Underworld 164 is now available.

Finally available the CCCam protocol on Diablo Wi-Fi from UnderWorld 1.63.
What does it mean?? Freedom of using ANY receiver like a DreamBox.
Thanks to the Wi-Fi LAN embedded in the Diablo Wi-Fi when you connect it to
ANY Common Interface Receiver it will work like a DreamBox and enchances all the
s****ing features that DreamBox is offering in "exclusive" up to today but...
NOW with the big advantage that you can use you own Common Interface receiver
that you are familiar with and you like most, High Definition too!!
You can configure the CCCam as the DreamBox CCCam. You simply copy and paste the
same config string as you are using in your DreamBox.
Do not forget that even the other protocols are working as well like GBox, NewCamD and Radegast.
The Diablo Wi-Fi will act as card client or either Card Server!
You are not dreaming this is pure reality!

Came around for an update check and saw Mickha's.

As a newbie, I'm not sure what the implications are.

Does this mean the "stuff" posted in the DB Ccam forums, such as Canal+ viaccess 3 will be available to all those with Diablo wi-fi, or do we need access to a DB Ccam to get the config strings?


What can the "average" sat person expect to get from this new protocol?

Oh and is it just me, or have we lost S1, 2 and 3 plus 9E?
Don't seem to open with the new UW 1.64.....
 
The s_x channels stopped opening with Underworld 163, as expected, on 16/03, when they finalized their shake up.

finally got my wifi diablocam,
seems to work but doesn't
decode anything,
Probably a dumb question to you: but
how do you copy the config string from
the dreambox to the cam?

You have to use your PC/laptop, and Cas programmer. Start up the Cas Studio software, the Diablo Cam software and click on the Cam File Systems tab.

You need to ask those questions in the Dreambox section, although you'll probably find the answers in the Dreambox guides or the stcky threads.
