Hello, Mickha

Is it possible to open Bis TV (AB3) with Diablo Light? How to configure the Cam?

Thank you in advance

It's not one of the channels clearing for me, it might be open on the new Diablo 2 Cam, as that opens more channels, but I will have to check.
Ensure you have Emulators turned ON in the cams configuration menu.

Hi Mikcha,i`ve just bought a Diablo 2.3 light to use on my TM 15500 CI it already has Underworld 189 on it,my sat is receiving Hotbird 13 E,shouldn`t I just be able to put it in and watch?or do I have to mess with the settings?
Obviously i`m very clueless at this satellite business, but everyone starts from the bottom!
Regards,
Gaz.A.Cupidstunt

Unfortunately this release doesn't seem to open these channels on a Diablo 2.3 light cam only the Diablo 2.3 Wi Fi cam, which is a ridiculous decision as the older Dragon Cam are opening them, it's obviously to get you to buy the new Diablo 2 cam.
If possible point your dish at 1 West and view the Digi TV package:
Code:

If you have an old Titanium card there are files that are supposed to open these channels.

Ok cheers,i`ll have to move the dish the as I think my house will be in the way!....Old titanuim card?

An old Titanium blue card, used years ago to unscramble some channels, many of us, who have been in the satellite hobby for some time, have lots of old junk lying around !!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm up on the shed on a freezing cold day to move sat or blu titanium card......wheres me gloves :-(

Oh btw,i`m using an old 60cm sky dish, will this suffice to receive 1 west?

Personally I have never used smaller than an 80cm dish for Digi TV:
Code:
http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/digi.html
Although if you click on the beam links, and check the maps:
Code:
http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/maps/intel1002_spot3.html
Some areas are supposed to be able to receive some channels using a 60cm dish.

Well time to move onto blan B.....the damn dish nuts are rusted beyond movement, and its freezing up there!....Ok so are there any of these platinum cards in the offing for a small donation? ;-))

Not platinum but Titanium Blue, I doubt it as a lot were sold on Ebay. You might be better off getting a cheap Dragon Cam or look into getting a new set up, especially a motorized dish, have a look in the pictures section, some of them are quite aesthetic, especially the penta 85cm.
If you're really serious then look at a 1 Metre dish and a Linux based receiver.

Ok thanks for your help Mick,if I do take your advice and buy a 1 metre dish would I be able to recieve SIS racing? (the channel shown in the bookies for horse racing)This would be hugely beneficial to me as i`m a professional "gambler" ( I prefer to call it investor) and I believe the SIS coverage is 2-3 seconds quicker than Sky,which should make betting in running with Betfair during races very profitable!

You might be able to receive it, but you won't be able to watch it - it uses the ultra-secure Powervu encription system.
