3D on the air! Huge signal on 11554H 27500. 95% SQ on 1.2m
Just noticed it on Flysat!!
Yep noticed this few hours ago after my last post elsewhere on the forum, strong as an ox.

Am I right in thinking that 11594 H 11852 which has 3 progs on it is either not on or switched to Eastern European beam as not available here at present

That explains it! Thank you :-wow

Very good signal here in the middle east , Al Jazeera sport package signal increased from 30 % on Eutelsat 3C to 75% on Eutelsat 3D

Thats because this bird has many tps in both v and h polarization , so they are different tps ...

Finally found some hobby time and now scanning this new Bird ................. Hopefully my 1.1m is sufficient narrow in Beamwidth (and correctly aligned!) to reject 4.8E on a Blind Scan.

Looks ok >> Blind Scan found 21 TPs, populated with 162 TV (Not just FTA) and 31 Radio.

Blind Scan on my F3 is fast but misses stuff, so now to correlate what I've got with published listings and find any that are obviously AWOL.

Edit: Hmm .............. summat wrong somewhere: "No Signal" on most Channels plus I've got BBC World News on 12542 V 11443 and there ain't such a TP. Checked Thor and Astra 4 Listings and it doesn't seem to be from there either.

Head scratching ...................... !!

here in Mideast low tp of bis transponder 11681h and 11623v on 1.2m
from hotbird 13a
btw old 13a have 4 tp ka abnd when it replace eutelsat 3c it also have ka band tp ?

Sod it: Manually entry (Ooh, err) gets all as expected.

Anyone know where my rogue BBC World News was from?

No. A bit weird, but all in the past now: Sometimes it's best to accept defeat!
