that tp is trying to lock but its jumping around from 11/55%:-(, i do have a lock on uz-tv1 10.959v 4.800,

but i am not sure if its coming from 53.0e ?, my other locks are ?.
 
UZ-TV1 is on 53E. There's nothing "watchable" on 55E at the moment, just Internet services. Should still be lockable though.

I am not getting any locks on my Uno here but I am sure there's signal behind there, somewhere.
 
hi CJ tried today still no signal only 11483H which has gone up to 83% quality but still no lock,strange transponder that one.
 
It's probably using some odd modulation. Someone on Russian forums said that it keeps jumping between QPSK and 8PSK.. not sure if there's any truth in that.

Just out of interest, what dimensions does your SWM dish have?
 
its a 140cm with 8inch aluminium extentions,i dont know how good they are working for Ku band.

You won't get a lock on this TP on normal receivers. It's an ACM stream... according to the Russians.

Not sure if this has been reported in this thread but 11468V 10110 S2/16PSK is -29dBm here, a real strong spike and the only one currently strong enough to lock.
 
Hm, I can probably receive this transponder but due to its nature, I am getting no signal readout on the Uno.
 
Finally it is there. ATM 4 channels, one of them is mattress, another 3 show FTA.

11265 V 30000 3/4 gives borderline reception here in NL with 100 cm.
S/N 4.7 dB, stuttering sound and video only every now and then.
 
Nothing here although I can see it in the noise along with another similar strength bump on 11226V, the only locking signal I have is an empty 11487V 8000 1/2.
 
Looks like the TV channels are on the Russian beam. I am surprised that hvdh is getting it in Holland at all. I wonder if pride21 will have any luck?
 
I'm also surprised, meanwhile the S/N increased to 5.4 dB, enough for flawless watching!

Amazing to receive it in Spain, even if this were the European beam instead of the (supposedly) Russian beam!
Now the S/N has risen to a solid 6 dB. Let's see if these are daily variations, or the beam was adjusted.
 
Nothing here on 85cm dish in souther western England - not surprisingly. What signal are you getting Huevos?
