Does anybody know any website where I can get and software upgrade for my Telestar DIGENA S FTA Recevier.

Also BTW ive heard that some FTA boxes can be patched is this true?
 
You will be lucky. Thats the cheapie box with no support on the telestar site let alone anywhere else!
 
Yep I know lol I just thought that someone might have a site owell.

Also Is there some way of Patching a FTA box ? Not mine of course
 
Yes - you can patch fta Technomates and Fortec Stars
 
Kool Not bad ,I mite get me a New receiver.

Is It only the Technomates and Fortec Stars FTA ones or are they more recivers makes out there.

Theres HUNDREDS of receiver types out there. I mentioned those two in particular because there is a lot of unofficial support for them.

Have you spoken to your supplier ?
 
I've moved this to the receiver software section, as it is probably more appropriate and there is a sticky thread at the top of the forum with receivers which have unofficial software patches available. :)
 
Channel Hopper, the suppiler is in Germany and I dont speak German and when I sent them an e-mail they didnt read english , Which is odd:confused:
 
Send it back, get a refund
Dont waste your time on it

Why did you get it in the first place if the dealer is so far away ?
 
Nothing wrong with buying from far away, sometimes the prices can be very very competitive. If they don't sell it as being upgradable with unofficial software, why should they accept it back?
 
on my telestar starsat1 on display is ERR.0.It`s not turn on.What I gonna do about it.
