Due to worldwide crysis, one international organisation is shutting down it's office here, so they will be selling their equipment, which is hard to take out from country for a low price. One of their lot includes Primefocus, double reflector VSAT antenna. Diameter is around 2.4-2.8 meters.

The problem is, that it uses double reflector design, and very specific LNB (it looks like tall jar, and is being pointed from center of dish to small conical reflector on the top). Are there any chances to fit standard LNB to this dish, without loosing too much of signal?

Technically, it looks like theese ones:

of course, not such big :)

Dear here some people are using the same and getting good signal from Hotbird, you can fit simple offset lnb's on VSAT dishes, but the above dish is not VSAT its a Prime focus dish

The two antennas you see are VSAT dishes, and nice ones too.

I only just stumble on this today. Am looking to buy 2.4m Dish c/ku band and was wondering if this dish are still available.

Please disregard if this is too late of a request.

Thx

hm :)

I think 1st you'd look at the map...

Dishes are available, but delivery from Georgia to GA will cost you the price of brand new one in U.S. :)
