According to contributors to the SD Portal in Greece, a scan today produced nothing. Southern Greece is just within the Badr 7 footprints, be it at the edge, except for the South Africa beam.

Badr-7 left 39.0°E where apparently it was doing nothing except reserving that slot (exactly 3 months).
Moving West 0.8° per day, now near 35.5°E.
Will be at 26°E on June 19, if this pace is correct.

Hopefully it will serve 30.5 degrees East, because if it replaces Badr 4, the whole northern Greece is doomed for good. We are in absolute null for Badr 7!

Apx-30B has nothing to do with 30°E, but with ITU Appendix 30B.
That regulates the use of the bands 10.7...10.95 and 11.2...11.45 GHz by the fixed satellite service.

34.5 east may be the destination for Badr-7 we will soon find out

Well indeed it's been a while ago some old satellite was placed at 34.5°E as an Arabsat placeholder, I think it was a Nimiq some years ago.

Bye bye to what little we could receive in the U.K. up here (Central Scotland) on 26E, badr 4 will not doubt be replaced as its the one that's getting on a bit.

It may have already stopped @ 26 east as these tracking sites just go with the last info fed into it until someone updates the data,
