Looking for a VBOX ... I know there's loads around but most will ask for GBP 30 for postage to Malta when this should be around GBP 12! So if there's anybody who is willing to sell me one and post it to Malta at a reasonable price, just drop me a message

Why not buy it from Malta. They are available and at decent prices too :)
 
Wherat? Went on maltapark and tried every trader there. None have. Just a sidenote do you get the 28.2 2A North and 2B North beams with your gibertini. I just installed a Channel Master 1.8m (got it for a mere EUR 100) complete with superjack actuator (no vbox though) and I have set it up facing 28.2 for now. I get the 2A South and 2B south really well (just like i used to with my 1m) but the 2A North comes and goes whilst the 2B north is not coming in at all.

Were in malta you from mate ? used live over there
 
My positioner is actually badged as GBox and I got it from Pisani in San Gwann.
Yes I do get both 2A and 2B North.I am getting 52% snr on ITV 2HD (2A north) and 41% on Goodfood+1 (2B north) as we speak. Considering that the DM800HD locks on anything more than 25% I think you should get them without problems with your 1.8m.

Bugibba in summer street lived there 3 years.i have the vbox tm why dont you go for that can get them off ebay mate they post to malta

Godfrey, at Pisani Home Centre. A good friend of mine. Further down quasi near St Julians (near entry/exit to Regional Road). Past and on the right from the Independent Newspaper offices, about a hundred metres.
 
For all those following this thread, I settled for EUR 53.90 inclusive of postage to Malta. This is was the cheapest option around.
